<p>People in Polokwane. Please be careful for a woman named Petru Wolmarans. She claims to be an estate agent under the name Llu-Zel properties. She does rentals,but she does not pay back people's deposits.</p> <p>I've checked with the Estate Agency Affairs Board and she is invalid. So she is operating *******.</p> <p>I know of several people who suffered the same fate as I did.</p> <p>Please do not deal with this woman.</p> <p> </p>
