Worse Plumbing experience In Port Elizabeth>Lloyds Plumbers

After doing a Solar installation job for me in 2017 , they used old material and charged me for new pipes. used the wrong type of float which broke because of heat before I could get a COF , and then could not even issue me with a COF and left the job as is. I had to pay another plumber to complete the job and issue an COF. I was then handed over to debt collectors two weeks before I settled their account after I arranged with the owner Ryno and Riana to pay at the end of May 2018 and after that the account was left with the debt collectors and still want the money I already paid. Worse Plumbing experience ever.....
