Do not do business with this guy

I ordered a galvanized security gate for it to be installed within a week. 3 weeks later i finally got the gate installed. During installation my garage door was damaged. Although patched up the next day, it was painted white as opposed to the color of the door, which is more of a beige.<br> <br> 1 week to 10 days later, the gate starts showing signs of rust. Brackets welded on after galvanizing was done, so that is rusting as well. Although this might make sense, the end product is affected.<br> <br> He refused to take the gate down and give my money back. He then offered to wash the gate down with some acid solution and touch up the galvanizing. This doesn't sound like a good idea, as I don't think it has the same effect as the proper process.
