Accomodation ****, CapeTown

We booked one of their accomodation for a holiday through booking.com. A few weeks of us having to go on the holiday we got a notification from booking.com that our booking was cancelled due to over-booking on our dates. We then requested a refund from the accommodation for or booking but they then claimed they cannot refund us because the cancellation was not from their side. We having going back and forth between booking.com and the accommodation for our refund but no luck. We came to the conclusion that we have been ****med. Stay away from making a booking at any of the accomodation places offered by this company
