LL security harrassment

On Monday 27 September 2021 at Far East Rand Hospital (FERH) situated on hospital road, in Brakpan/ Springs, at the exit my mother and I were harassed and verbally assaulted and threatened by the staff working for LL Security services. On our way to the exit the one male security officer directed my mother to please drive. As my mother accelerated the other female security officer suddenly without warning just put down a traffic cone infront of our vehicle. Causing us to suffer backlash to our heads and neck. *My mother is disabled and her exray show she has NO bones in her neck. She could have been paralysed from this incident!!! * My mother was at hospital for heart problems, just few minutes earlier to hear that she now has heart failure!!! And kidney problems The female security officer shouted at us, she yelled at me to GET OUT the car, I asked why must I do this? I explained that I am in alot of pain, I tried to hand over my bag so that she could check it.She then proceeded to open my door and ordered me again to GET OUT. She also yelled at my mother in a threatening manner also to GET OUT. My mother explained that she is disabled and that she is in pain and she is having heart problems, the female security officer then physically went around the vehicle and proceeded to open my mother's door, physically pulled my elderly 72yr old disabled mother by her arm out of the vehicle and then pushed her, shoved her and said that she must go stand on the other side, we wanted to know why we had to get out of our vehicle, the female security officer said that she wanted to check if we had ****** anything from the hospital. *Just by checking our space at our feet would have been sufficient enough to check that their is nothing, our vehicle at the back has windows , so one could look through it with no problem,and there is security cameras all over the hospital inside and outside. *The female security officer then said that she is looking for hospital files *Really?? We had put our files into the file box at the pharmacy in full view of a camera that is present. The officer wanted to check our vehicle but she didn't. Why have us exit our vehicle to "check it" and then not check it? So we got out our vehicle for nothing. Got physically harrassed and assaulted by the female security officer. * My mother asked me to take photos of the female security officer at the hospital exit gate. Other female security officers also yelled at us and threatened us. I took photos of them, but they turned around so that I could not have a photo of their faces. But by the body type it won't be difficult to identify them. The company does know who was on shift. I have a great memory recall. I will be able also to identify them. I also am disabled. I have nerve impingement, my lower back is infused together, I am in constant pain. Both me and my mother also suffer from fibromyalgia. WHY DO GOVERNMENT EMPLOY SUCH A TERRIBLE COMPANY??🙄😱 Please DO NOT make use of this company. Their contact information for the company does not work. Telephone numbers, email address ect doesn't work. Maybe the company had done this so that no one can get a hold of them to complain about their bad and non existing service.🤔🤐 They must loose all government contracts!!!
