Faulty Vehicle

I recently bought a vehicle from L & L motors that turned out to be mechanically faulty and I discovered this within the 6 months period as stipulated in the Consumer Act but they are refusing to fix the problem instead I was chased away by their *********** Mechanic. When I asked to speak to the manager/owner, the sales person refused.
