LL Energy ***** dealings!!

I was not able to punch in the numbers on the water meter device. I called LL energy for assistance as it states on the slip. They came to check the meter and told me I was pressing too hard I must press gently there is nothing wrong with the meter.Now I realise there is arrears on my slip. I call and I am told they are charging me for the fact that there was nothing wrong with my meter. Why am I being charged? I explain to them that on their instructions it does not say I must press softly how was I supposed to know? This is ******* I cannot be paying for the fact that there was nothing wrong with my meter. The lady should've advised me to press softly on the phone then...They charge it as arrears on my slip which I find very dodge!! I was not advised of the call out Fee amount of R570 as well....
