LL Energy business hours support terrible

Very bad service, you have to work within their hours when you have a meter issue, they don't accommodate clients that get home after 15H30 because their working hours end at 15H30 as confirmed by Lindi Mari Viljoen their Admin/Operations else they bill you after hour rates. Last time they sent a technician to my our complex for inspection and subsequently sent me a quote claiming it was my meter that was faulty whereas it was a neighbor's. It seems they can't even diagnose properly.
