The WORST service ever experienced from a service provider. The horrible looking water meter is placed outside on the common property and looks ugly with plastic pipes all over the show, we have experienced water leaks from day one. I am constantly running out of water and have to wait at least two hours before my water is loaded. I am supposed to get an SMS to advise me when my water is below a certain amount. I never receive this SMS. I am supposed to view my water usage on the website to find there only one months history nothing updated. They advise you to contact their WhatsApp number and I am constantly complaining about their service or lack of which I am paying for with my money I worked hard for. Then try phoning the number and this lady that answers the calls is so disgustingly rude and unhelpful. I have complained so much about their service that the owner Leon Lerm has sent me a WhatsApp threatening me. Be WARNED! STAY AWAY!! WORST SERVICE PROVIDER OF THE CENTURY!!
