Totally desponded & disgusted with this poor service!

We paid Loffie Botes, owner of this company R2 450-00 on 3rd December 2021 for repairs to one of our gate motors. The same motor failed again on 9th March 2022 when we contacted Mr Botes. He only removed the motor on 11th March 2022 and have not even had the decency to contact us with regards to the repairs and/or fitment of the repaired motor. Mr Botes refuses to take our calls and does not respond to messages sent to him although we have proof that these were read. He 'by accident' answered my call last week Saturday and told me that the motor is at Centurion Jet Park. This company has no record of the motor having been handed in for repairs. My elderly husband is in a wheelchair and depends on me to keep us safe, facts that Mr Botes is fully aware of.
