Unhappy tenant

Me and my flat mate moved out on the 31st of October 2019. Again the agent Adelle Van Tonder hasn't paid our deposit back. When we were moving, we gave a notice in September, then she tells us on the 28th of October that we can stay for the month of November because the new tenants are moving in on the 1st of Dec. I told her you can't tell me 3days before when we about to move out as I have paid for the other place. Then she said according to the contract we need to pay for November's rent. That wasn't an issue but my thing is should she communicated earlier I would have moved out on the end of November. Then we agreed that she can deduct the rent for November from the deposit,mind you, we not staying there. She promised that early Dec we will get the balance of the deposit, when I contact her she said she is waiting for the invoice for cleaning the mat then she will pay. Today it's the 3rd of Jan 2020 nothing hasn't been paid. I feel that she is taking advantage and not even responding to our calls. I want my deposit with interest because we have to do the run around and we never gave issues while staying there with rent.
