Poor service at L.Kom Wholesalers Vereeniging

This store is pathetic has very poor customer service and the lady at this store is very rude. i bought a cellc voucher when i entered on my phone it said the voucher was invalid. i tried it a few times and the phoned cellc self to find out what could be the problem. they also confirmed that the voucher number was invalid and told me to take it back to the store where i bought it. i did so and the lady there named "Jenny" got rude and told me she is waiting for feed back from her supplier where she bought her vouchers. i asked her if they also phoned cellc she told me that cellc told her they dont know. and she is not going to do anything about it.
