Bad jeweller manufacturing

These ppl made me a engagement ring and messed it up. So I took it back they said they will fix it and make it right. When I got it back it was not any better. I did tell the owner I was not really happy with it but he just told me that he is not a robot. Oh and this ring did not cost small change. They did say I must bring it back again. But with his attitude and the manner he speaks to me I did not feel like going back. He was supposed to do it right the first time. I took the ring to a nother jeweller and they said the ppl that made this ring did me in with the material and the amount I paid. So technically this company stole from me to. So what do I do.
