Poor After-Sales Support and Customer Service
I had a borehole system installed by LJ Drilling, including the borehole, JoJo tank, booster pump, pressure controller, and associated plumbing. Unfortunately, my experience after installation has been extremely disappointing. Over the past few months, I experienced several issues with the system. The most significant problem was that the booster pump would no longer start automatically when water was required. Every time the water pressure dropped, I had to manually reset the controller before the pump would operate again. This is obviously not how an automatic pressure system should function. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I personally spent considerable time troubleshooting the system. I checked the pump operation, primed the pump, tested the pressure controller, adjusted sensitivity settings, inspected pipework and fittings, and ultimately had to replace the pressure controller myself. Throughout this process, I repeatedly attempted to contact the company for assistance. My calls and requests for support were either ignored or went unanswered. As a customer who paid for a complete installation, I expected at least basic after-sales service and technical support when problems arose. The most frustrating aspect was not the equipment fault itself—mechanical and electrical components can fail—but rather the complete lack of response and willingness to assist after the installation was completed. Customers should not be left to diagnose and repair their own systems while the installer becomes unreachable. I am sharing this review so that prospective customers understand that while the installation (led by Rudy and George) may initially appear satisfactory, the real test comes when support is needed. In my experience, the after-sales service (with Louis) was extremely poor, and I was left to resolve the issues on my own. I hope this review encourages them to improve their after-sales customer service and support processes for future clients.
