Unsatisfied and a super unhappy customer!

I'm absolutely disgusting with there Service would not recommend anyone to use there Services at all .

Last year on the 25th of March i paid Deposit for them to manufacture a nail table for me according to Specifications. I also provided Photo's of what i am looking for .

On 16 April they brought the table not looking anything how I asked and also not smooth had a spaces were close can tear . Extractor fan dit not work ext . The only thing correct was the legs of the table and the color .

I contacted them on the 18th April 2021 to come and collect to fix the table. Only on the 21st they collected.

On the 6th of may still did not hear anything from them - so i contacted them. Telling me Jaco was sick and they are stil trying to figure out on how to make the table bigger... only the the table needed to be smaller because its already to big .

On 6 May at 10h22 he agreed to refund me the full amount of R3950.

Until this day 9 moths later still no refund , a few excuses and no responses ( from 2 July 2021till now ).

So im hear sitting thinking how long is enough time to give someone to refund you ... think 9 months is more then enough.

So please be careful and dont waste your time wit Jaco at L & J co woodworx. You will not be happy and if you will need a refund after they have messed up you will never see that money again!!!
