Great insurance assessor
I had a great experience working with LLJ and Associates during what was otherwise a very stressful claims process. Charmaine was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she made the whole thing remarkably smooth and straightforward. What really stood out was her sharp attention to detail and the way she had a firm grasp on every aspect of the situation. She was thorough, astute, and clearly focused on achieving the best possible outcome for all parties involved. That kind of balanced, professional approach is truly refreshing and gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I'm very impressed with LJ and Associates, and Charmaine in particular deserves a huge amount of credit. If you're looking for loss adjusters who are knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely easy to work with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Excellent service all round!
