Terrible experience with Lizzy Bee Caterers

My daughters 21st, hired underplates, chair ribbons and table overlays from Lizzy Bee in Florentia Alberton. My entire experience was horrible. First she sent me 3 different invoices with 3 different prices. Then she told me I didn't pay the deposit, then she told me I could come fetch day before at 2.30, when I got there she didn't have a thing ready, then she scurried around looking for stuff but the chair ribbons weren't ironed and the overlays were 3 different reds and FILTHY. She then told me its my fault cause I didn't phone to tell her that I'm coming after she confirmed in writing I could come...also told me its my bad luck and when I expressed disappointment she told me she is only human. Then she told me she would meet me at the hall to drop off the stuff and I told her I wanted them in person ..not to leave with a stranger, but when I got there, the stuff was left behind with a stranger....I phoned her and she didn't know the name of the person she left the stuff with. Apparently this person was supposed to tell me that I shouldn't put the underplates all in one crate but I didn't know who the unnamed person was and no one gave me any messages. The underplates were damaged cracked and filthy, an old potatoe dropped off when I picked one up. I had to wash everything. The overlays were stained. I was very embarrassed to put out for my guests but Lizzy told me she can see I'm fussy. Took all the stuff back and she didn't greet us when we left, ignored us. Now I get an email saying 2 underplates are cracked and I must pay for them...these were horribly scratched and cracked when I received them. Extremely disappointed and annoyed. I wouldn't have published this complaint but now she is trying to get more money out of me for her damaged stuff.
