Lizzies ****s

My son used Lizzies ****s for household cleaning purposes. The **** broke one panel of the shower door. We were told that they do not take responsibility for damage caused by staff but that they would sort the matter out. At their request we got a quote for the panel, spoke to the **** who agreed to pay half, but when i phoned to enquire how to get the money for the panel the owner of the business started shouting at me and put the phone down. I have never spoken to such a rude business owner in my entire life. I cannot recommend the business to anybody. Until today the owner has not returned any of my subsequent phone calls . The receptionist had different excuses every day.
