Its over a year now and I am still waiting ..

I had paid for a **** to be sent to my house for 4 days. They did not send anyone on several occasions, and they did not even call to inform me that they will not be sending anyone. If they do ever send anyone it will not be the person you have requested and the laziest people who don't even know how to do the house work.Eventually I asked them to give my money back since they were not going to render the service , I have been sent from pillar to post . I have been trying to find out who the owner of this company is , but the people who work there cant even tell me who this person is. I wonder is they in on this the whole lot that works there. I have been trying to get my money back , a lady by the name of Chantell is still to get back to me about this , a year on.
