Appaling service - left my house in a mess

I got Lizzies ****s to clean my house on a once-off basis to see if I was happy with them before getting regular service. I personally assisted the **** on the first day, then on the second day she completed ONE room in a total of 8 hours. When the transport came to fetch the **** she rushed out of the house and left everything in disarray. I immediately contacted the office, but they said they first needed to speak to the ****. After a WEEK of emails and calls, the owner refused to take a call and demanded that we come all the way to Roodepoort to meet with her. They refused to make up the service or finish the house. I have now opened a case of ***** against them. NEVER use Lizzies ****s!!
