Horrible customer service

My order no is #7741

I send numerous emails stating that we are moving this weekend, my parcel still hasn't arrived that i ordered last week already. The tracking number they sent me via sms didn't work its the same message over and over again!! Info received that's that. No parcel, no ledgit tracking number... this must be a ****
