Good Product, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!!

Products is good quality, I really like their flasks/tumblers. But damn their customer service TOTALLY SUCKS!! You wait forever for your order, they just do not answer an email. Sanhsa, PLEASE learn some customer support as yours SUCK!! I would send 2 or 3 emails, NONE OF THEM GETS ANSWERED........ If you are willin to wait FOREVER for your products, then go ahead, but I will not support them again!!! Been waiting 16 days for my order, no tracking number, no updates, nothing!!??
