Bad Customer Service. Good Product.

The product is excellent! But they don't stick to their delivery T&C. I ordered from them 3 weeks before traveling, and their delivery policy is 7-10 days. It was only delivered after I already left, which sucked because I needed it for the trip. So if you're not in a rush, then they're great. But annoyed with their customer service and when I contacted them, it was clear they forgot about the order until the last minute.
