Liza's Furniture Review

We paid a deposit to have a sofa and two occasional chairs re-upholstered. We were promised to have it back 'asap' by the owner Liz Venter. We waited over two months for the furniture to be returned with the very minimal contact during that period. When the furniture was eventually returned we had to send it back again due to very bad workmanship. We then waited again for the furniture to be returned with no communication in between. When it was eventually returned for the second time it was literally dumped in our driveway and Liz was not prepared to wait for the owner to check that she was now happy with the furniture. We cannot even say shocking service as that indicates there was some kind of service which we did not experience. We are not even sure they do in fact trade under the name Liza's Furniture or Foam and More Upholstery Supplies (Pty) Ltd. The address on their invoice 189 Rosetenville Road Glenesk does not belong to either Liza's Furniture or Foam and More Upholstery Supplies.
