Matric Farewell Memoirs Gone!

My daughter got a quote from Liza's on 18 September for her Matric Photoshoot. We paid R550 as this was the prerequisite for the shoot to be booked. On 28 September photos were taken by Liza's hired photographer who was very professional and also informed us that we will get our photos from Liza's store. We have been struggling since last week to get a copy of the photos as Liza apparently lost it?? We already paid for a service and stuck to our part of the agreement, Liza can you stick to your part as well. Anyone ever interested to make use of their services, be careful as you will end up empty handed and broken-hearted like we did. My daughter is devastated and all they do is shrug their shoulders.
