Totally Fed Up

I am fed up with the follow-up/customer "care" staff and generic copy-and-paste emails. I ordered on 5th Jan, after a great fitting experience in Illovo. The sales lady was great. Since then, three or four "delay" emails. I have asked for an ETA but only receive copy-and-paste replies that are vague and non-committal. I asked for a refund three days ago - again, a weird email arrived with a "we have no money for a refund" and still no feedback on my order... They are advertising full throttle on FaceBook - totally unacceptable. My friend ordered the exact same bra on the same day as me, and received a "courier" delivery notification yesterday - I am still waiting....
