Shoddy service and no refund

I bought a bra from a lovely, very friendly fitter. From the outset I told her that it felt very small, but was told it would stretch and I will get used to it. After wearing it twice a week for 6 months and being in agony every single time, I gave up. It was simply too small. I sent some pics and was told that they can see I'm wearing it correctly but I still had to shlepp all the way to the office to be told that it was too small and they will refund me. Now, they are not paying. Emails are ignored, every week I am told "this week" but nothing happens.
