OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

Ladies this is 5 star service!!! Do yourself a favour and give them a chance. My review is quite long but I want you to get an idea of the trust I have in this wonderful team. I'd like to share my honest experience with you ... around 8 or 9 months ago I decided to order a bra online without having a fitting - I live in PE and there's no LC studio here. So I placed the order and a day or so later I received a mail from Liza Clifford basically asking if I had been fitted before as I was not on their records. I said I had been to a local shop and gave her my size as fitted by the specialist store. She asked me what I had bought and how it fitted and if I didn't mind to send a pic of the fit so that she could be sure that the bra I wanted to order was going to be the right one for me. Basically a pic of the cup fit, under the arm and the the 2 measurements (under bust and over bust) I was a honestly not at all nervous about sending her the pics, she put me at ease that they would not use the pics at all for advertising etc. She kindly assisted me in ordering the correct bra (the one I had ordered would have been the wrong fit). She assured me that if the one she sent did not fit I could return it and they would replace it with another size. The bra arrived not too long after and I was over the moon as it was such a perfect fit. The bra that I bought at my local "specialist store" that I had thought was a good fit turned out wasn't even my correct size ... when I tightened the straps then the cups overflowed. Not good! My new purchase from LC studios was perfect!!! They are not chasing sales - honestly just wanting the best for the client. They could easily have processed my order (which would have been the incorrect size) but they actually took time to make sure I was getting the right bra. Within a few weeks I placed another order. Liza put me in touch with Sibo (Kloof studio I think) who gave me advice and guidance with my next order. To date I have 6 perfect bras .. stunning bras that I never thought I could wear/own. I have 2 on order as well and let me tell you - THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT and definitely worth every cent.
