No confidentiality, rude service, no etiquette

I called their number displayed on their website, no answer, sent a mail, got a short reply which did not answer my questions. I responded to their reply with my questions, they did not respond. They force you to make an online fitting appointment for which you need to pay R350. I did not want to book a fitting, I had questions about their maternity bra's which I wanted answered before confirning a fitting appointment. ( My family and friends do not yet know I am expecting) I then commented on one of their facebook posts that I am struggling to get hold of them, they then sent a public response to my comment stating that I wanted a maternity bra and that I am not willing to book a fitting so they cant help me. Note, I had questions which they did not answer. So now my whole family knows I am pregnant. There was no confidentiality with regards to my needs and my situation which was exchanged in a private e-mail. I sent them a message stating how unhappy I am about this, they still did not apologize. Infact they said they prefer if I don't contact them again. They have zero client etiquette. Disgusting service. Very rude.
