Liza Clifford doesn't deliver or answer emails enquiring about non-delivery

I placed an order in October last year online and have paid in full but not received my order. The delivery information says that it may take up to 12 weeks for delivery. When this time had passed I emailed to request an update and did not receive a response. Since early January I have sent five emails and the only response I got was when I threatened to turn to Hello Peter in order to get a response. They said they would check and get back to me. This was on 3/2/2023 and I still have not heard anything. It is unacceptable to accept and order and receive full payment and not respond to a customer when the item has not been delivered. I ordered on Chayil D (which was substantially cheaper) and received my order within 10 days and was notified when there was a delivery delay. In September last year I also placed an order with Liza Clifford in Menlo Park and didn't receive the order until I queried it and was told it was sitting there awaiting delivery. Liza Clifford charges the earth but can't handle customer enquiries or deliver within their already very long delivery time.
