Dishonest business

I ordered two items on 28 Feb 2023. I received an invoice and order confirmation from them. A week later, I queried the status of my order and received a reply that they would check the warehouse. Another three days later, I asked for an update - nothing. All my subsequent emails and other attempts at contacting them have gone unanswered. I remain out of pocket and sans the goods I paid for. I would label them dishonest operators at best, more likely a ****.
