Sad sad sight

Worst experience ever. Family member went in at 8am. Told to leave at 12 and come back at 3pm when it was visiting hours. Came back and couldn't find family member. Sent from pillar to post. At 4pm visiting hours were over , still no sign of family member. Eventually they bring her. Soiled clothing from 8am to 4pm, no one in sight to clean her. Told to leave because visiting is over, didn't get 2 minutes with her just spent the whole hour searching for her and no one had a clue where she was. Rude staff. First time ever there and feel for the patients. Sad sad sight. No blankets. It's almost 11pm and still no phonecall, no update.
