Patients made to suffer and die in horrific conditions. Example my mother having a MI was misdiagnosed as scoliosis and given pain meds after a x ray. No blood tests or ecg. After waiting 8 hours in queue after red triage. 6 weeks of suffering under uncaring nurses and staff, refused ICU admission despite cyanosis, dyspnea, odema, spO2 of 78, atrial fibrillation arrhythmias. Denied inotropic drugs. Left to lie for days in own urine and faces until UTI also developed. Eventually died and no accountability. Even **** on death certificate to cover up the ******. Heads in charge refuse to meet or compensate or repent.
