Careless with lives

I almost lost my uncle because I waited long hours for an ambulance then decided to take taxi. Now livingstone hospital cannot assist us because we didn't come with an ambulance my uncle was stabbed with a ***** driver since 6am until 16:30to be told to come tomorrow I'm now on another queue at the chemist go r atleast he can sleep. Stuff of livingstone hospital ⛨ are careless with our lives.
