Bad service

My brother has been referred to Livingstone hospital from Addo clinic, He got there on the 21/02/2024 with a serious condition he is struggling with breathing he has a pain on the stomach. Since he got there no one is attending him, he slept on the chair the whole night they not giving a bed to relax on while waiting..How can a referred person struggle to get assistance, they have not even admitted him how he is going to get help if he is admitted.This is not accepted at all that's not the service we expect from our hospitals. His name is Mzipha Nkonye I need help with this matter.
