Unfair Claim Rejection

I took a policy household through Livingstone Group from (Ndumiso Mlala) as their broker, he requested for supporting documents of which I have provided. He made his assessment of my profile and concluded my policy. My house was broken into and my family and I were tide up with ropes and all our belongings were take at gun point by 5 armed men. I submitted a claim and my claim was rejected and I was told that I have failed to declare that I had a break in in January 2015 prior to the one I am claiming on. I have explained to the insurance that their broker never asked me any questions about my previous claim and it is to my opinion that (Ndumiso Mlala) representing Livingstone omitted/over sighted to do a complete evaluation of my profile and in turn they victimised me. I am not sure what gave him the comfort to record that I had a 4 year claim-free record. 1. I have requested proof that I have misled and or **** to the Livingstone Insurance company's broker of my previous claim/s as stated in the Voidance Letter. 2. This proof should be in the form of irrefutable and verifiable communication be it emails, telephone recording, etc. I am still awaiting since 18/08/2015.
