SHOCKING AFTER SALE SERVICE ON MOWER

I bought a sit on mower from livingstone's for a large garden. They recommended the size mower but on the day the mower arrived it did not work. The mower has been back and forth with endless problems, had to have it's entire gear box hanged within 1 year, wheels that have collapsed as you can imagine at a constant cost. Livingstone's have taken no repressibility for what was clearly a lemon but have tried to pass the buck onto me saying the machine is too small for the grass it is mowing. The part they forget is that THEY recommended this machine for the garden. Very disappointing. Even when one o the owners undertook to help, I was again asked to pay a hefty bill to \fix"the machine. Will never buy from them again!!!!! """
