Bad service,bad response and empty promises

04/06/2015 I booked my generator in by them promised that I will have it back in a week with a price of R3000.00, after 2 weeks I phoned them and was told <br> That they struggled to get parts but got the parts at last and that the generator needs more parts and it's going to cost over R6000.00 , once again I approved, after another 3 weeks I phoned them again after never getting a call back or any form of feedback, they told me that the parts were wrong and are now waiting for the new parts, another 3 weeks has past and no response from there side what so ever
