I ordered online and was given the option of delivery by mail. I was told 30 working days. When not received I contacted them and was told another 10 working days for Africa. Still nothing and was told another package was send priority mail after I asked to have it send via courier. After another 30 days I asked for a refund and is now being ignored. The refund policy on the site only make provision for a refund after 14days of the package received.
