Breach/bad workmanship

I contracted Sandra Sand to renovate a house for me as the main contractor and project manager. On outset I explained in detail what I expected and she accepted promising delivery and full disclosure of all expenses as she charged 12% fee on top of everything ordered. It only came to light in the end she also charges you to oversee her own team! Her main building team is appalling. When we questioned her about spirit levels etc not being used, she told us we were judging too quickly and to wait till the end of the job but by then of course it was too late. Not one door or window opening they did is square, shocking rhino lighting, cracks appearing, cornices pulling away from walls etc. The flooring contractor she hired butchered my wooden floors and her painters and builders further damaged floors trying to repair the bad building work. The electrician moonlighted so did work mostly at night with a torch. The plumber unregistered, was useless and we have spent thousands repairing his mess. She refused to finish the job and walked off site. To date I have not received full accounting. All attempts to meet were in vain either on our own or even with my lawyer. Over 1.1 million paid!
