Not sure if I am being ****med?

I placed an order on 12 August and my order was reportedly complete within a few days, however I requested that delivery only be done on 25 August. My order still has not arrived and I have not heard back from them. I managed to get through to them 3 days ago and one of the staff members reported that they were having a system issue and that it would be sorted that day, but still nothing. No order and no communication. If anyone knows anything about this business, please let me know.
