Worst service by agents

This is a fairly new real estate agent but the worst I have ever had to deal with. Unprofessional agents with no sense of customer service. From the start of the lease contract there issues with the property which they couldn't finalize prior to moved. I moved out at the end of August but to date I'm still waiting for my deposit refund. Everyday they give an excuse to why they haven't paid. Now that they have run out of excuses they're not taking my calls.

I hope they have other agents cause if they're only depending on Sabeehah and Tebogo then there's no hope. I certainly wouldn't recommend them. Even the property had issues which they couldn't take up with the contractor and make sure they're fixed. Leaking toilets, leaking roof, no doors in showers and bathrooms, no lights in some wrong. The worst place to rent. This property is in Mulberry complex in Waterbury, Bendor, Polokwane.
