Unacceptable
Hi. I ordered a bed. When they wanted to deliver it, the delivery guy told me I need to pay a compulsory insurance fee of 40% of the amount I paid for the bed. I told him I don’t want to pay insurance. He told me then he will take it back to the company. He did. I took it up with the company they told me I must pay it. Their insurance policy does not say it is compulsory . Now they don’t answer my emails, or phone calls or whats app. They don’t refund me. No bed and they took my money.

LIVING HOME ****!
Spent R130 000.00 on furniture for a new startup restuarant. No response after full payment and "insurance" was paid! Google maped it,call the company next door. Living Home never existed!!!! ****,****,****!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

THIS COMPANY IS A ****! DO NOT PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THE LAW MUST ARREST THESE PEOPLE. We paid in full via EFT into their bank for a recliner chair (R4999) delivery included. Then we got a request to pay R2000 for insurance (which by the way it said it would be refunded one chair had been delivered???) This is when we got suspicious. Ever since been calling their WhatsApp, sending emails and so forth and no response. Both numbers go straight into MTN voice message. Their website is a total **** displaying beautiful furnisher, the address is ****, etc. WATCH OUT FOR THEM.

THIS COMPANY IS A ****! DO NOT PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THE LAW MUST ARREST THESE PEOPLE. We paid in full via EFT into their bank for a recliner chair (R4999) delivery included. I'm another victim of being ****med by this company. Payment made via EFT and item has not arrived. Phone calls don't get answered and we phoned shops nearby where the pin was located for this store but no shops have ever heard of this company or could confirm it was located nearby. I've opened up a case at the police and at my bank. Hopefully they can stop them before they **** more people. 🤞

This company is a ****!!! Please do not buy from them! They have good service , quick replies to questions. Then they ask for Insurance fees, after we paid the first request for insurance from Living Home. Then I received another message from someone at BusyBeeLogistiqs for the delivery asking for a a insurance fee, when I told him that we have paid, he said he is not sure what happened, they haven't paid them, I sent the invoice I received from them. He said they only take cash over counter or mobile payments. He sent me a picture of their warehouse, I reversed image search it and it is a image pulled from Google. I reviewed them on their website yesterday, I checked today, it was deleted from the website!
