Dear Sir/Madam,

I am NTOMBEZININGI NXUMALO, ID ***, the lawful daughter of the late RAYMOND NXUMALO.

1. FACTS
Living Hands Umbrella Trust informed me that I am a beneficiary of my late father Raymond Nxumalo’s trust fund. They stated I am entitled to receive only R430.00.

2. GROUNDS OF COMPLAINT
I am lodging this formal complaint because:
2.1 I have not received any trust documents, statements, or proof to support the R430.00 amount
2.2 No explanation was given on how this amount was calculated from my father’s contributions
2.3 I was not shown the Trust Deed confirming my beneficiary status
2.4 The amount of R430.00 appears grossly inadequate and disrespectful to my late father’s years of work

3. MY RIGHTS
As a beneficiary, I have the legal right in terms of the Trust Property Control Act 57 of 1988 to inspect all trust records, accounting, and the trust deed relating to my late father’s estate.

4. DEMAND
I demand that you provide the following within 14 calendar days, by 18 May 2026:
4.1 A certified copy of the Living Hands Umbrella Trust Deed showing me, Ntombeziningi Nxumalo, as a beneficiary
4.2 Full statement of account for my father Raymond Nxumalo’s trust from date of joining until date of death
4.3 Detailed breakdown of all contributions, interest, admin fees, deductions, and final calculation
4.4 Written explanation justifying why the payout is only R430.00

5. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE
Should you fail to comply by 18 May 2026, I will take the following steps without further notice:
5.1 Lodge a formal complaint with the Master of the High Court, Trusts Division, Johannesburg
5.2 Report Living Hands Umbrella Trust to the Financial Sector Conduct Authority FSCA for misconduct
5.3 Open a SAPS case for ***** and misrepresentation if wrongdoing is found
5.4 Institute legal action in the Magistrates Court for the correct payout + interest + legal costs

My father Raymond Nxumalo worked hard for his family. I deserve transparency and respect.
