No Support from a Support Software Company

I've tried getting support or any kind of response from LiveZilla for the last week and not even a single response

- Its a live chat company with no live chat - You're supposed to support your customers with this software and I can't even because the software is broken and no support from them

I do not recommend LiveZilla to any serious company.
