Not prepared to resolve problem - Livewire

<p>I obtained livewire to install an electric fence to my property. Firsty they quoted that an earth spike will be installed at the energiser and then at intervals of 15 meteres, this never happened,. I had to get them come back to rectify. Soon after the installation the fence was arching. I called them and they send out two off their staff who subsequently advised that there is nothing wrong. Being a laymen in this field I accepted their explanation. However, the problem became exponetionally worst and in February 2107 I requested them to service the fence and to rectify the problem. Prior to this the voltage on the fence as well as the fence condition would drop to allowing low levels. After servicing the fence I monitored the latter and experienced the problem still to exist. I called Sheila who informed me that she would speak to Peter the owner. She subsequently called me back advising that Peter informed her that they will not send another technician and that she need to explain to me that this is how electric fences work and that I must except it. I advised her that I cannot except it, although I am not tecnically minded, this does not make common sense. I subsequently called Nemtek and spoke to Ryan explaining to him what Peter advised. He emphatically advisedthat this is absolutely incorrect and that Pter is compromising me and my families safety. It is very sad that providers like Livewire is arround, considering our crime stats in the country and where safety is paramount. We entrust our safety in providers like Livewire, however, they compomise our safety. Please consider it carefully prior to sonsidering Livewire as a service provider, should your safety be paramount to you and your family.</p>
