Unacceptable service

The service is definitely disappointing. Everytime I make a withdrawal there's an issue. I've bee requested to verify my account on numerous occasions. Now I made a withdrawal on 21st August 2023 which was supposed to take 30 days... Still nothing. They don't contact you to communicate the challenge, they don't even apologise. I've called and emailed several times and the money is still not in. It's totally unacceptable!!
