Worst service I ever got from an online store

Worst service I had ever had with an online store. I placed my order on 24 November 2022. On the 8th of December I was contacted by n lady called Michaela saying that the product I ordered was not available, but a similar product was indeed available and can still ship the same day. I agreed and she said my parcel will be on it's way. 15 Desember I inquired about my order and Michaela told me that there was a backlog at the warehouse. And I should email Stephanie. I sent an email the same day ,15 Dec, but I was ignored. 21 December I sent another message to Michaela asking about my order, which again was ignored. On 22 December I contacted the owner himself, Henk Coetzee, he apologised and said they were waiting for stock to arrive, but my order is being shipped that same day. Nothing happened. I sent another message to Michaela on the 28th of December, which was ignored again. I asked for a refund twice but nothing happened. I contacted the owner again on 9 January 2023, but again I am being ignored.
