Worst Experience Ever!!!

I've ordered shoes online and it has been two weeks already without any communication or confirmation that my order has been processed or is due to be delivered. I have at least called a 100 times and emailed this establishment to find out what is happening with my order. Till this day I am clueless, are we dealing with ****mers here or a professional e-commerce? Spend your money elsewhere, you wasting your time here.
