Will a company deliberately **** to customers to make an extra profit? Read this!!

Posting here was my last resort, since I have now exhuasted my email and telephone options. I have been montitoring Livestainable's website for several weeks prior to Black Friday for diso****s and specials. I knew axactly what I want, as I was just wiating for beter prices. The Tuesday before Black Friday I phoned Livestainable and asked if there will be any specials on Black Friday. The lady representing Livesatanable said "NO - there will be no any specials". She further said that their prices are already disounted so that is why there are now BF specials. Since I am fully aware of the Black Friday frenzy and that many websites often experienced problems due to overloading, I then proceed with my online pruchase on the Tuesday. Two days later, on Black Friday, I received a generic marketing email from Livestainable announcing that they are offering Black Friday specials. I could have saved close to R3 000 had I been told the truth when I made me enquiry into BF specials. They have deliberately **** to me to make some extra profit from me.
